  • We start with an assessment of your needs through our comprehensive Home Health Assessment, carried out in your own home by a qualified healthcare professional. We look at your health and mobility, your memory, your concentration and cognitive skills and evaluate any changes to your independence. We then create your personalised treatment plan which follows UK best practice in supporting older people to stay healthy and mobile.

  • Our clients choose Significare for treatment because our private service gives you rapid access to the support you need, without having to join waiting lists or find individual therapists. You are also able to receive treatment in the comfort of your own home, all co-ordinated by Significare.

  • Our treatment programmes work alongside your existing NHS care for other conditions you may have. As part of our service, we will update your GP on your assessment findings and treatments if you’d like us to. You can return to the NHS for treatment at any time.
